The main function of the ramming material for the bottom of the electric arc furnace is to improve the conductivity of the bottom of the furnace and promote the uniform distribution of current, thereby ensuring the uniform melting of the metal in the furnace and improving the smelting efficiency.
The ramming material for the bottom of the furnace needs to have the following characteristics:
